Tokyo Robin by oO-Fotisha-Oo Tokyo Robin by oO-Fotisha-Oo
Edit: I am aware of the language confusion on the sign, I have explained it several times, it is not necessary to comment/note/message me about it; I know. c:

Trouble in Tokyo Robin, after he's arrested after fighting the CMYK ink baddies ;P
I have never worried so much over a hairstyle in my entire life :I
Reference: [link]

Quite pleased with it, it was one of those things i wanted to draw a million years ago and then forgot until last week :P
Think I might have to pull back on the giant painting pieces tho because they cut my productivity way down and I think quantity over quality will help me improve faster this summer....anywho

Done in SAI and a little in Ps Cs6

Please REBLOG if you wish to, do NOT repost that way I can keep track of where all my art is, thank you! c:

fun fact: the serial number(whatever it's called) on the mugshot is an easter egg. It refers to the origins of Robin's character:

His character was introduced for the first time ever in Detective Comics issue #38, in April 1940. The one where, on the cover page, he's leaping through the hoop Batman is holding up. "The BOY-Wonder!"

Detective Comics = DC
April 1940 = 04-40
DC-38-04-40

(O,O)

I loved it whenever they made an allusion to Robin's origins in the show *u*
Im sorry if this is over explained but I just rewatched Trouble in Tokyo for the first time in a bajillion years and I could not believe it! I love the fact that the movie included this little tidbit. I just wanted everyone else to know about this!

Oh wow, this is amazing! I really love how you intensified the ink splatters around Robin's swollen eye... it's a great example of your attention to detail.

Overall, lovely artwork!
